He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hollifield and Rose Hollifield. He is survived by: his wife Cora Edwards; his sons, Tim Edwards of Erwin, Travis Edwards of Erwin and Kevin Edwards of Erwin; his grandchildren, Daniel Edwards (Olivia), Kendra Miller (Christian) and Dylan Edwards (Destiny); his great grandchildren, Travis and Conley Miller; his brothers, Coy Edwards (Joyce) and S. J. Edwards (Edith); and his brother-in-law Doug Tipton (Shirley). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
