He is survived by: his fiancée Terri Graham; his children, Brandon Lewis (Cynthia), Jon Graham, Rabecka Graham, Gastonia and Samuel Graham; his grandchildren, Ethan Lewis, Colt Lewis, Dawson Gambrell, Macy Elliott, Trinity Elliott and Charley Moore; and his sisters, Jewell Berry (Paul) of Unicoi and Crystal Simerly (Steve) of Unicoi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
