Dorothy Webb Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Webb (Unicoi, Tennessee), who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Foster and Bessie Wilson Foster; her husband Bill Webb; and her siblings, Floyd, Guy Foster and Penny Aiton.
She is survived by: her daughter Retia Shealy (Terry); her brother Arnold Foster; her cousin Glenda Higgins (Curtis); her grandsons, Carson and Cooper Rutherford; and also, Kelly and Shannon Blevins.
