She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Sparks, Jr and Betty Bennett Sparks; her children, Kennith Miller, Vestil Miller and Marty Miller; and her brothers, Jeff Sparks and Allen Wayne Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Miller of Unicoi, Penny Lynn Shaw of Johnson City and Erin Michele Miller of Johnson City; her siblings, Gary Sparks (Jackie) and Judy Stanley (James); her grandchildren, Dustin Miller, Brandie Shaw, Jason Miller, Amber Hilton, Stephanie Miller, Britney Carter, Whitney Carter and Tabatha Miller; and her great grandchildren, Triston Miller and Dizea Miller. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
