She was predeceased by: her father Zane Carol Whitson Jr.; and her grandmother Carrie Jack Whitson. She is survived by: her mother Diane Neas Whitson; her husband Christopher Thompson; her children, Zachary Thompson, Brock Thompson and Emmie Thompson; and her brother Zane C. Whitson III. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
