It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Fender of Unicoi, Tennessee, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Fender. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Hoyle Fender; and his siblings, Ronnie Fender (Nancy), Donald Fender (Brenda), Lucille Ennis (Robert), Wilma Willis (Jeff), Priscilla Rice and Ruth Willis (Brad). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
