He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Jones and Velma Jones; his wife Mary Brenda Tipton Jones; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Belfield Carter; his granddaughters, Mary Tipton, Katie and Hannah; and his brother Samuel Jones of South Carolina. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
