He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior R. Bailey and Shirley Ann Henley Bailey; his grandparents, Hildred, Garfield Bailey, Vance and Hazel Henley; his mother-in-law Nancy Metcalf; and his sister-in-law Debbie Edwards.

He is survived by: his wife Rena Bailey; his sons, Austin Daniel "Pup" Bailey (Felisha Bryant) and Colton White; his sister Donna "Tink" Bailey Griffith (David "Doc"); his nephew Dylan Guy Griffith; his father-in-law Jack Metcalf; and his siblings-in-law, David Metcalf (Christie), Judy Whitson and Donna Garland (Tony). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
