She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Woodby and Daisy Mary Woodby (Roberts); her husband Eddie Kenneth Dayton; her brothers, Jerry Woodby and Steve Woodby; her brothers-in-law, Ronnie Dayton and Bill Oliver; and her son-in-law Mark Edwards.

She is survived by: her close friend Gary Whitson; her children, Kim Dayton Edwards and Matt Dayton; her grandchildren, Whitney Dayton, Kayden Dayton and Noah Dayton; and her sisters, Katherine Oliver and Angela Dayton.
