He is survived by: his brother Randall Oaks (Lisa) of Johnson City; his nieces, Kecia Vance (Willie) and Kendall Oaks; his nephew Ryan Oaks; his great-niece Raelynn Vance; his aunts and uncles, Kenneth Oaks (Jane), Jerry Oaks (Leisa), Ronnie Oaks, James Ayers (Linda), Kathy Clark (Teddy) and Ann Nightingale; and his close friends, Mark Cooper and Walter Burkett.
