He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Woodby and Floy Sneed Woodby; his wife Joan Woodby; his daughter Melissa Vance; his granddaughter Lydia Vance; and his siblings, Ken Woodby, Herbert Woodby and Glenda Blalock.
He is survived by: his daughter Lorrie Cochran; his grandchildren, Jacob Cochran (Tara), Caleb Cochran, Luke Cochran (Kat) and Willie Vance (Kecia); his great grandchildren, Matthias, Harper Cochran, Raelynn and John Vance; and his brother Danny Woodby (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
