She was predeceased by: her father James Waddell; her husband Michael Wheeler; and her brothers, John, Glenn and Bob Ledford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Ruby (Gary) of Unicoi and Kellie Bass (Nicholas Owens) of Clarksville, TN; her grandsons, Charlie Ruby, Thomas Ruby, Michael Owens, Gabriel Owens and Matthew Ruby; her sisters, Wilma Edwards (Rex) of Leicester, NC and Clara May Bullman of Black Mountain, NC; and her pet Lily. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
