She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn Phillips and Mamie Treadway Phillips; her husband Conley Fender; and her siblings, Janice Castle, Billy Phillips, Jimmy Phillips, Doyle Phillips and Michael Phillips (Bobby).
She is survived by: her daughter Katherine L. Miller; and her sister Joyce Simmons.
