It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Dugan (Unicoi, Tennessee), born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Massey; her husband Edward Dugan; and her brother Terry Massey. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Clayton Massey; her children, Lesa Bell (Kent) of Newland, Cindy Buchanan of Shelby and Kent Townsend (Vickie) of West Jefferson; and her siblings, Dennis Massy of Alexandria, VA and Debbie Thomason of Stafford, VA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
