She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Sonny Rutter and Ginger Lou Harris Hoyle; her brother Todd Chapman; and her grandparents, O. C. Harris, Elaine Harris, W. B. Rutter and Jane Rutter.
She is survived by: her husband Robie Sullins Sr.; her son Jonathan Clinton Sullins (Sidney) of Marshall, NC; her sister Amy Rutter of Erwin; her granddaughter Zaylah Jayne Sullins; her niece Hannah Carter of Knoxville; her nephew Matthew Pate of Marshall; and her stepfather Robert Vance (Christy) of Erwin. She is also survived by her family and friends.
