He is survived by: his wife Jessica Orr of Copperhill, TN; his son William Weston Duckworth of Copperhill, TN; his mother Donna Duckworth of Turtletown, TN; his siblings, Lee Wesley Garrett of Burton, TX, Lee William Garrett (Jessie) of Turtletown, TN, Brian Jay Duckworth of Turtletown, TN and Alice Ann Burger (Jim) of Blue Ridge, GA; his grandmother Ruby Catherine Dillard; his nieces and nephews, Titus Duckworth, Sarrah Duckworth, Ashlyn Skye Burger and Autumn Storm Burger; his cousin Matthew Hamby; his close friend Bill; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Ann Dillard; and his brother-in-law Anthony Lamar Queen (Brittany).
