He was predeceased by: his father J. M. Morrow; and his brother Marty Morrow. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Loudermilk Morrow; his son Cameron Morrow; his brother Barry; his sister-in-law Cindi Morrow of Cleveland; his nephews, Brandon Morrow (Jenny) and Ben Morrow of Knoxville; and his great-nephew Bonds Morrow of Knoxville.
