We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2020, at the age of 53, Timothy Neal Smith of Turtletown, Tennessee, born in Copperhill, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Grady Smith and Joy Glee Stiles Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Franklin; his children, Isaac Smith, Brandon Smith (Savanah Barker), Sarah, Drew Payne and Delilah Ownbey; his siblings, Randy Stiles, Sally (Jay Lawson), Twila (Gary Taylor) and Tammy (Terry John Campbell); his grandchildren, Carter Johnson and Elsa Payne; and his pets, Foxy and Ruthie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
