He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Robert Talley and Geneva Hyatt Talley; and his sister Roberta Roberts (JoAnn Chancey). He is survived by: his children, Zach Talley (Chrissa) and Haley Loudermilk (Daniel); his grandchildren, Quinn Loudermilk, Ezra Loudermilk and Asher Loudermilk; and his brother Terry Talley.
