She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil W. Collins, and Meigs Collins, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Sylvester Farner; her sons, Marshall (Amanda Collins), Charlie Wilson and Wayne (Jennifer Wilson); her brother R. M. Collins III; and her close friend Tonya Frerichs. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
