He is survived by: his children, Timothy Dempsey Cook and Renee Michelle Wyatt; his siblings, William Howard Cook (Nancy) of Jacksonville, FL, Dennis Cook (Annette) of Blue Ridge, Gale Cook Sitton (Kenneth) of Chatsworth and Jewel Cook Deal (late Jim); his grandchildren, Amber Wyatt, Brian Meadows and Lexie Cook; and his sisters-in-law, Janell Cook and Pat Cook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
