He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Jay Duckworth; his brother William Thomas Duckworth; his uncle Paul David Hayes; and his aunt Dora Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Donna Irene Hayes Duckworth; his children, Titus Alexander Duckworth and Sarrah Michelle Duckworth; his siblings, Lee William Garrett (Jessica) and Alice Ann Burger; and his nieces and nephews, Wesley Garrett, Ashlyn Burger, Autumn Burger, Wyatt Duckworth and Weston Duckworth. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Copperhill Chapel (823 Ocoee St, Copperhill, TN 37317). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
