He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Scribner and Gracie Melendy. He is survived by: his wife Alisa; his children, Reah Turpin (Jamie), Vern Scribner (KayAnn) and Jenna Phillips (Peyton); and his siblings, Orris Scribner, Joyce Blanchette, Jenny Jeffers and Becky Scribner. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
