He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Whaley of Tullahoma and Lindsey Whaley of Cowan; and his siblings, Kenneth Whaley (Irene) of Winchester, Freddie Whaley of Tullahoma, Vera Mayes (Byron) of Huntland, Annie Partin (Doug) of Winchester and Bonnie Harvey (Harold) of Chattanooga.
