He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Richard and Ellen Juanita Blanton; and his brothers, Jack Richard and Bobby Isbell. He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Tatum of Tullahoma; his stepdaughter Lavada Mcreynolds; his great grandchildren, Tyler Stone of Lavergne, Elizabeth of Shelbyville, Joshua Wiles of Shelbyville, Kody Wiles and Zachary Wiles; his sibling Brinxley Wiles; and his nieces and nephews, Betty Isbell of Texas, Marie Erskine, Edward Isbell, Wanda Dodds of Oklahoma, Mary Richard, Barbara Hall, Bill Richard and Bob Earl Tatum.
