He is survived by: his wife Valerie Smith Mullins; his children, David Mullins (Laura), Angela Green (Jessie) and Brent Gulledge; his grandchildren, Caleb, Destiny, Makayla, Bailey and Logan; his great grandchildren, Remington and Rex; and his brothers, Danny Mullins (Ginger) of Lexington, SC and Gary Mullins (Connie) of Kelso, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
