She is survived by: her husband Joe Gernat; her son James "Ernie" Sherrill (Stacey); her grandchildren, Bethany Grace, Jackson Earl and Riley Belle Sherrill; her siblings, Pat Lund (Larry) and Jimmy Williams (Linda); her niece Lisa (Richie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Scott Lund (Ginger), Angie Morelock (Tommy), Matt Williams, Mark Williams (Stephnie), Dana King (JP), Drew Baldwin (Leah) and Dawn Callas (Kevin); and her caregiver Faith Hendrix (Luke).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (108 E Grundy St, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens (4758 New Manchester Hwy, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
