He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jackson and Mattie Bell Ray Bailey; and his siblings, Johnny, Riley, Roger Dale, Jimbo Bailey and Brenda Gail Castleman.
He is survived by: his son Brian Bailey (Meghan) of Lynchburg; his sisters, Ruth Limbough (Craig) of Tullahoma, Sandra Cyree of Tullahoma, Penny Bailey of Tullahoma, Tina Bailey of Lynchburg and Amy Wilson of Lynchburg; and his grandchildren, Callie and Tori Beth Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in his honor to Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
