Howard (Tullahoma, Tennessee), born in Fayetteville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milton and Raffie Louise Franklin Howard; and his siblings, Linda Graham, James Anderson, Jerry Bolin, Johnny Miles and Gary Howard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Dollar of Fayetteville, Sandra Lancaster of Fayetteville, Tina Claxton (Larry) of Shelbyville, Kristina Howard of Tullahoma Tn, William Bolin and Jeff Howard (Dianne) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
