He was predeceased by: his father Grady Knight; his siblings, Calvin "Lynn" Knight and Anita Davenport; his nephew Jason Knight; his great-niece Kaylee Knight; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Richter and Dallon Thomas.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Wells (E. J.), Brenda Oliver (Jim), Sandra Richter, Melissa Brazier (David), Grady Knight Jr. (Sue) and Danny Knight (Linda). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
