He is survived by: his wife Ina Kay Smith; his son Joe Couch of Lexington, Kentucky; his siblings, Billy Smith (Daphne) of Shelbyville, TN, Debbie Hunt (Ethan) of Normandy, TN and Christy Martin (Lee) of Lewisburg, TN; his aunts, Ida Gordon (James) of Wartrace, TN and Ann McNeese of Hillsboro, TN; his uncle Mick McNeese (Brenda) of Tullahoma; and his nephew Chris Ferrell of Tullahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and many cousins.
