He was predeceased by: his father Paul Williams; and his wife Lisa Williams. He is survived by: his children, Richard Ian Lee (Tenn) of Nashville, Kenda (Stephen Parks) of Lynchburg, Darla Maxwell and Jimmy Hill (Tenn) of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Gage, Tanner, Morgan, Jennifer, Jamie, Travis, Haley, Hannah, Harlee, Shelby, Shayla and Richard Ian Lee Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Kylie, Mason, Jasper Heslar and Amelia Heslar.
