He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gail Simmons Pamplin of Tullahoma; his son Joshua Anthony Pamplin (Lex) of Winchester; his stepchildren, Joshua Blake Kingery (Jessica) of Alabama and Jennifer Leanne Kingery of Tullahoma; his stepparents, Thomas Evener of Ohio and Sue Pamplin of Tullahoma; and his sister Angela Oliver of Shelbyville. He is also survived by five Grandchildren.
