We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2022, at the age of 88, Opal T. Brooks of Tullahoma, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles David Thacker and Bertha McManus Thacker; and her husband Harry Brooks. She is survived by: her children, David Brooks (Leda) of Tullahoma, Renee Oakley (Jim) of Tullahoma and Jan Jewett of Las Vegas; and her grandchildren, Codey Brooks (Shelby), Tiffany Phillips and Scott Phillips (Stacy). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
