He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom, Jr. Bell and Ina Ruth Henry Bell; and his grandson Riley Hancock. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Jo Barger Bell of Tullahoma; his daughter Rachel Bell Hancock (Randy); his grandson Ryan Hancock; and his sisters, Pat Stamps (Jim) and Sandy Banks (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; also his faithful dog.
