She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Morgan and Beulah Reese Morgan; her husband Rex Carter; and her siblings, Robert, Guy, Fred Morgan, Marie Holloway, Ruby Grant, Elizabeth Steverson and Kate Barnes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Burns (Joe), Selina Todd (Randall) and Delayne Holt (Tim); her siblings, Inez Lewis, Gracie Ann Moore and Jerry Morgan (Anna); her grandchildren, Joey Burns (Lacey), Brian Burns, Justin Todd (Sheena), Ashley Taylor (Will), Mollie Tankersley and Alex Tankersley; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Sophia, Levi, Jade, Kiley, Olivia, Wyatt and Walker.
