He was predeceased by: his parent Claborn Lewis; and his sister Tammy Jo Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Rolman Lewis; his siblings, Carolyn Chapin and Chris Lewis; his nephews, Nathaniel Lewis, Blake Lewis, Derek Chapin (Cari) and Bradley Chapin (Nicole); and his niece Jana Chapin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
