He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Brinkley Houston; and his brother Roger Houston. He is survived by: his father Charles Houston of Estill Springs; his daughter Caitlyn Porter (Paul) of Murfreesboro; his sister Kimberly West (Neil) of Tullahoma; and his grandchildren, Camden of Murfreesboro, Tennessee., Ayden of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. and Parker Porter of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.. He is also survived by his family and enjoyed coaching his daughter and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home (401 N Jackson St, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at the Bethany Cemetery.
