She is survived by: her husband Fred Smith; her son Greg Smith (Carol) of Tullahoma, TN; her grandchildren, Shane Smith (Sarah) of Maryville, TN, Dylan Smith (Evan) of Maryville, TN and Abby Smith of Tullahoma, TN; and her great grandchildren, Luke, James, Waylyn and Walker Smith. She is also survived by "Nana" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
