He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mears-Caldwell; his sons, Jay Caldwell (Christy), Jason Andrew Green (Margaret), Jimmy Wayne Green and David Wendell Green; his brothers, Andy Caldwell (Jean) and Timmy Caldwell (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Leigha Lowe (Brandon), Kaye Branch, Abigail Green, Josh Green and Haley Rougemont. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
