He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Bowles of Tullahoma; his children, Kevin Bowles (Angelia) of Manchester and Shelia Merlo of Tullahoma; his brothers, Jimmie Bowles of Lynchburg and Leland Bowles (Pansy) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Derek, Kelsey, Krysten Bowles, Austin and Gunnar Merlo; and his great grandchild Oaklynn.
