It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Patrick Bauer of Tullahoma, Tennessee, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bauer and Catherine Burke Bauer; his wife Joyce Jones Bauer; his son Joseph John Bauer (Gina) of Austin; and his siblings, Benita Pulley, Joseph and Thomas Bauer.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Hensley (William) of Tullahoma and James P. Bauer (Colleen) of Delaware; and his brother Leo Bauer (Mary) of Berwyn, Illinois. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great, grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Christ Community Church (716 Westside Dr, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
