He was predeceased by: his father Garland Kenneth Kelley; and his siblings, John Robert, Ray, Michael Kelley and Juanita Kelley.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Hodges (Charles) of Belvidere, Tenn, Brenda Hicks (Daniel) of Dickson and Jerry Kelley of Winchester; and his aunt Luvena Thomas (Bernie "Snowflake") of Winchester.
