He is survived by: his children, William Heath of Decherd, Matthew Heath of North Carolina and Kathy Heath of North Carolina; his stepdaughter Misty McCarty of McMinnville; his brother Randy Heath; his grandchildren, Ty, Trey, Taylor (Breanna), Devin and Kameron; his great grandchild Evelyn Jean-Marie Heath; and his niece Tracy Lynn.
