He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur and Flowetta Perry Condra; his wife Sidney Lewis of Chattanooga; and his daughter Cherry Ralston. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Cox (David) of Normandy; his brother David Condra of Rossville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Christen Clark (Ryne), Matthew Cox and Levi Ralston; and his great grandchild Knox Clark.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation for Veterans and First Responders.
