He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Butler and Sarah Kelley Butler; and his siblings, George Butler and Evelyn Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Regina Robertson (Scott), Michael Eddie Phillips (Sherry), Kenneth Butler (Janice), John Butler (Sandra) and Joyce Parrelli (Pat). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
