It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Ray Tipps of Tullahoma, Tennessee, born in Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Tipps (Diane) of Lynchburg and Teena Ray Bailey of Tullahoma; his siblings, Chad Hartman (Brittany) of Estill Springs, Daniel Byford, Holly Byford Shastid (Steve) of Tullahoma and Mitzy Damron (Chris) of Tullahoma; and his cousins, DJ of Tullahoma, Amanda of Tullahoma and Chris Johnson (Crystal) of Tullahoma. He is also survived by many other cousins, family and friends.
