Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ina Sonnenthal (Tullahoma, Tennessee), born in Adairville, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 83, on March 3, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett J Allen and Elsie B. Allen; and her brothers-in-law, Edward D. Sonnenthal and Mike Burnett. She is survived by: her husband William L. Sonnenthal (Bill); her sons, William L Sonnenthal, Jr. of Cumming, GA and Michael A Sonnenthal of Brunswick, GA; her siblings, W. L. Allen of Cookeville, TN, Edwin Allen (Ann) of Murfreesboro, TN, Freida Allen of Fredericktown, MO and Danny Allen (Barbara) of Monterey, TN; and her sisters-in-law, Dianne Sonnenthal of Jacksonville, FL and Elly Burnett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kilgore Funeral Home (215 Mitchell Blvd, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Ina's memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Glynn Co Animal Shelter, or Precious Pound Pups.
