He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey Cook and Millie Ann King; and his sister Marie Barnes. He is survived by: his daughters, Melody Bohanan (David) of Tullahoma and Christina Cook of Fort Myers; his brother Bill Cook (Jo) of Arizona; his half-brother Jimmy Gass of Winchester; his sister Lillian Johnson of North Carolina; and his half-sisters, Patsy Payne (James Ray) of Winchester, Brenda Weaver (John) of Texas and Sherrie Darlene Chaves (Luis) of Tullahoma, Tennessee.. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
