He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Headley Offutt, Sr. and Ruby Lee Beard Offutt; his wife Mary Bond Burnett Offutt; and his sister Martha Jean "Dollye" Offutt Haskew. He is survived by: his children, Daryl Offutt of Fayetteville, Mary Lee Stewart of Estill Springs, Kevin Offutt (Denise) of Franklin and Lynda Sanders (Sean) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Alex Adams, Holly Stewart (Thomas Clark) and Connor Offutt; and his great grandchildren, Adaleyah Adams and Riley Clark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
